New dish creations!

Spent much time and research and came up with two awesome dishes today....

First up is the Confit Pork Belly.

And followed by Suckling Pig ....

Takes alot of preparation time plus couple of attempts just to get the right kind of texture and taste that i had wanted to create.

Still, at the end of the day, i am proud of my work.

And very happy when people appreciate the work that i do, things that i share, and especially when they enjoy my food and or dishes that i create.
