Morning everyone!
Having freshly made pasta is one of the important ingredient to be used & done in all Italian restaurant.

Couple of days back, i was at PEPeNERO @ Cikarang, and had a little training session with my guys there, to make fresh pasta.

Alot of patience and time is needed to make perfectly made pasta....
Its layers of rolling and flattening it.

So its, basically all rolled out into individual small pieces and joined together, put them all in a machine...and keep repeating this step till you get....

.....yes, this LONG piece of dough....BUT this isnt the end yet!
Next, to smoothen it out, sift some flour onto the dough and light spread around it....

AND NOW...we are ready to get them all "cut" into strips!
Are you ready?

And thats it!
The finished product of your freshly made pasta!
Hang them up on the wooden sticks, and let them "air" for dry.

Now, its the turn of my staff, to try his hands on making it from scratch!
And he sure did a good job as a first timer.
Great dedication and patience is needed in order to make perfectly made fresh pasta.

And great news for all who are living in Cikarang!
We now have freshly made pasta for sale!

Buy them in individual portions, cooked in your own sauce in the comfort of your home!
