Buffet Event @ Teraskota

Have been working with PEPeNERO for almost to 8 months and it has been a wonderful experience with creating of new dishes to serve my customers! On top of that, we had done several events as well from serving ala carte menu to our guests to having a buffet event.

Over the last weekend, was busy in preparation for an event for 70 pax at our outlet at Teraskota.

Had prepared some canapes for the guests to munch on before the start of the event...

And definately, can't miss out on the mains!

And it was definately a pleasure for me to be able to serve the guests as they line up to have their mains...

With all the success of the event, it would not have been a success if not for my service staffs who had helped out serving our guests to ensure that they are able to

enjoy their meals happily.

Lastly; which many always forgets, are my team in the kitchen for assisting me in the preparation of the dis for this event.
