RED SNAPPER in the house!

Came in today and was happy with the fresh delivery of the Red Snapper to the restaurant.
Quickly got into action and started wit the preparation of the dishes that i am going to create with the red snapper!
And after fixing the dishes around, i have came up with the Oven Baked Red Snapper with red tomatoes and onion served with green peas....
And the Spaghetti with Red Snapper...
