Tonight a family that is stop in Kuala Lumpur from England going to Australia came to eat at Nero Vivo, after they finished called me to the table and is complimented for my noodles with squid ink with crab, and wondering how I managed to cook a dish so good, I told him that I did not do anything special but only respect what mother nature has already done, cooking with simplicity and respecting the original flavor of the food.
