BUON NATALE A TUTTI

It was late at night after the kitchen was closed.But that is when i was able to start creating my dishes.Today, i was pumped up (though extremely tired from working since 10am in the morning) to start making my first Panettone of the year!

Ended around 1am plus but was a happy man cos it looks marvelous and taste marvelous as well.

Cant wait to serve them to my customers.
